Course transfer to another suitable offering
Credit toward future courses
Partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

3. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the following special circumstances, we may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy:

Medical emergencies: With appropriate documentation
Family emergencies: With reasonable explanation
Technical incompatibilities: If our system requirements were not clearly communicated

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and fees are non-refundable:

Processing fees for payment transactions

7. Course Deferral Option

If you are unable to attend a course but don't wish to cancel, you may defer your enrollment to a future course date. Course deferrals must be requested at least 3 business days before the course start date and are subject to availability. A deferral fee of 10% may apply.

8. Course Cancellation by Wlaxiayxau

In the rare event that we need to cancel a course, you will be offered:

A full refund with no administrative fees
Priority enrollment in the next available course
Credit toward any other course of equal or lesser value
